Plus I noticed EFI 10a fuse still didnt have power when I removed the EFI relay. I didnt check it after I did the swap but I don't think that would change anything.

I also wanted to say “Good Job”.
You’ve done an excellent job performing the test we’ve asked.
You’ve done more than most would ever attempt.

Interesting, well that relay obviously wasn't powering up the PCM so it's junk.
Now to find the next problem.
Apologies for going down a rabbit hole on the 5v ref circuit, definitely learned something new today.

Unfortunately most of the diagnostics I get to do on Toyota's are helping people on here and experimenting on my truck to see how things work, we don't get many Toyota's in the shop for anything other than basic maintenance so I don't get to diagnose stuff on them in person very often.

If it was the 10A EFI No.2 it should have had power.
The relay supplies power to that fuse. But it still won’t hurt to check.

That fuse won't have power with the relay removed, the relay powers it but it should have power with the relay plugged in and key on.

Well figure something out. I got a 60w Co2 laser and I can make some badass signs for a shop, house or whatever.

Tomorrow after work I'll check pin #23 for voltage and the blue wires on my cam sensor.

Those are really nice. Super clean.
The grain in the first one goes great with the tree. Almost like the grain is “separate trees” NICE.
I didn’t know there was such a machine that did that.
I’ve seen guys do wood burning with an iron. But yours is super clean. Nice.

Great thread with lots of information, I have the same crank no start issue.I do not have any evidence of rodent damage.
I have learned that if I pull that 10 amp fuse from the EFI and replace it, even with the same fuse as it is not blown the truck will start.
Sometimes it will start for three or four days and sometimes it will only start once.
Guessing that by pulling the fuse it is resetting something? but I do not know what it is resetting.
Don't know if this is helpful information but seems like you have ended up at the same spot I am at with the 10 amp EFI fuse.

I am not sure his problem is the fuse.
He never had power to the fuse until he swapped relays.
That fuse is powered by the relay. While your and OP problem is similar, I’m not sure they are the same problem.

    Okay!

I have power on Pin #23 on E4. My EFI 10a now has power. Both my cam sensors have 5volts, just not the middle blue wires. Left hand yellow has 5v and RH Red has 5v

Both blue wires should have 5v I believe.
Will it start with the cam sensors unplugged?

No, I now hear my fuel pump prime. Dash also has A/T oil temp with the key on. Not sure if that is normal

I think that's normal on automatic models, does the tach move while cranking?
Srry I'm at work I don't have much time to look into this in detail atm.
