Sometimes I think if I'm going to have a 20+ year old vehicle I may as well have a 50+ year old one.

@m3bassman My service guy at VW echoed what you said when I dropped it off today, thought it was funny. "Yeah, these things are so sensitive and the warnings will just come on and go off, you'll get used to it. You should see the Atlas owners! Those are the worst." lol.
Though he did say because of the little traffic bump the other day that the sensors def could've been knocked so good to bring in and check.

    That's good news then!

So after adding a couple more hundred dollars to the RR bill, finally brought it home tonight. They had misdiagnosed the intermittent wipers to the switch when it was the motor all along. Granted there was a fault with the switch that made it so you couldn't scroll things like Trip, avg mph or avg mpg, but I could've lived without that when I cost $1600 to fix... Oh well, you win some you lose some.

yeah I would just double check all the hoses in that area, maybe cross reference a diagram if you can source one. If it's not apparent I would take it back to them, if a lean code pops up as soon as you get the truck back from a shop that was moving vacuum lines around to fix an issue, it's probably related to that

couldn't hurt to clean the MAF for fun to see, but that would be an odd coincidence for it to toss that code right after the shop worked on it and it not be related to their work

Claimed he was being plagiarized by another member that referenced his videos in their write-ups, made a huge stink about it and wouldn't drop it

I CoPiEd tHe ToYoTa FsM FiRsT bullshit. What it really came down to is he felt Dan was taking away from his ad revenue which is understandable but he clearly didn't come out and say it. Dan found a niche and created his own website to do write ups with links to parts/tools and detailed pictures. Timmy didn't do that, but he could have and that's on him. To then throw a tantrum and send some pretty hot DMs to people who didn't agree with his point of view sent him straight to perma ban.

To the rest of us (most of us) it would seem like he was being way overboard.

I take that back, he was. I mean in the eyes of most of us here.

But I've seen some of his videos and the way he goes about things, I would bet money he was on the spectrum. He believes his form of execution was done in a way that many of us would see as 'normal' cause to him it is.

That doesn't excuse the outlandish behavior, but just something to think about.

Nice! I forgot that game was on. I am not favoring either side but that series has been a good one to watch so far!
