    Had an architect on a recent waterproofing job we did that made it a NIGHTMARE! I guess he had a building in NY flood n got a buncha shit about it so he was makin sure we sealed everything double so it didn't let water in the basement of this new building. Strange thing is, there's not a water problem in state college. I remember them changing one flashing detail 4 times in a week!

    I used to have the USGS stuff bookmarked when I was in AK...more for the volcanoes then anything. I lived within eyesight of 4 active volcanoes up there...and I lived on the offical tsunami escape route for the town I was in.

    Lucky? :der: The volcanoes up there were more known for ash but it was still scary when one would start spouting.

    Mt Spurr had a mild eruption right after I moved there. Mt Redoubt had a mild one a year later. And Augustine erupted in 09...I was long gone by then but it was the worst of the 3. Iliamna was the only one that was silent the whole time.
