You left out the part telling why they call her Windy.

I was thinking that maybe it’s because she’s from Chicago or somethin.

 

Unrelated but there was a young lady in my town that went by the same name but that’s because she blew errybody.

 

A neighbor back in idaho had a gf named Windy...she got blackout drunk on fireball trashed the travel camper and kicked his ass! Then took her BF's uncles truck up the hill and caused a bunch of damage on drivertrain. We think she jumped it somewhere.
