What’s doubly unbelievable is that it had two owners, and still only had 6k on the clock.
I mean what are the chances of that. I can see a one owner 6k mile 2nd gen for sale but it’s hard to fathom two owners kept it under that.

This is the best bang for your buck I’ve seen in a while.

While there’s no way in hell I would ever pay that kind of money for these trucks you have to admit 35k for a truck with 6k miles beats 30k for the same truck with 100k+ or 20k for the same truck with 200k+. Hell 3rd gens with 100k plus are selling for more than that.

People have legitimately lost their minds.

Exactly. I originally thought I'd buy a truck certified used/lease turn-in but the prices for 2-3 year old trucks were such that it made more sense for me to go new.

 

I highly doubt this particular truck even sold for that much when new. Yea, depreciation is a big problem with Tacomas.

 

my 2013 DCSB TRD OR 4x4 V6 auto was 30k flat brand new.

Accounting for inflation using CPLie data.... 30k = 38.8k these days.

 

Sticker price on my 14 TRD OR DCSB 6spd 4x4 was $33,313

I guess when you factor in the cost of a new truck nowdays and the desirability and reliability of 2nd gen Tacoma's $35k for a 6k mile 9 year old truck isn't that far out there but it does seem crazy when you think about it, your basically paying new truck price for a 9 year old truck with no warranty.

 

I don't know why, but for me it sounds fishy. Two owners, but it looks almost like it's new. Are you sure the photos are real?
