What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I was lazy .... bought the entire switch from a prius from my local junk yard. Replaced the entire switch (already had an all black knob).

 

Without a doubt the mod I notice and appreciate the most. I wish they made a piece for the door to be able to fit a larger drink there as well.

 

Last 2 days. Aired out the tent, test fit the mini annex, adjusted the load bars over to the d/s and mounted the river quiver.

I don’t know where else to ask this. This might be a dumb question but idk where else to ask. Mind you this is my first truck I own. When I’m in park and I turn the ac on just regular 69 degrees the truck will shake a bit every 30 seconds with the RPMs just going from 0 to 1 slowly. Is this normal ???

 

Yep. It’s just your AC working. This is a safe place, tree of trust lol

Almost finished building my trailer today. Its 86 x 40 inches. Just need to get some carpet for the bunks and its all set for the boat. I do eventually want to make a cargo deck for it so I can haul ice fishing gear.

Sealed up the tailgate using TruXseal. Still need to get shell lid dust tight as the rubber flap doesn’t even touch the top of the tailgate.

 

You’re right I added a black overlay for the steering wheel and these black covers for the hvac and 4wd switch. I really only needed one to black out the 4wd switch but decided to get them all since it makes the knobs easier to feel for when your eyes are on the road. Really nice product and they just slide on takes 30 seconds to install.

Checked the bolts on my skid plates to ensure they do not drop onto the road. Lefty-tighty/righty-loosey ...

 

This is true if you’re looking at the 6 o’clock position.

My buddy came over and we installed my Trd pro shocks, westcott design lift, and wheels and tires. Just needs an alignment and it will be 100%.

 

Those the Black/Bronze method wheels? Looks sick

 

Cleaned up my sliders and put some rustoleum rust converter and pretty happy with the results
