I also saw a stock Xterra with raptor lights and it broke my brain for a moment because I was like "the fuck is wrong with that 4runnee?"

Yea they do, seems like it wouldn't be good for the fiberglass but I guess they're only rated for 150lbs(I think)

Noice, I may take you up on that. I've been thinking of restoring this cap but I've always been wanting to build a flatbed like @0xDEADBEEF.... then I'd sell the cap and just build a lil box attachment for the flat bed

my dad briefly wanted to black out his 4Runner emblems...I gently steered him back on path. I'm glad he hasn't asked about the raptor lights lol

Hey I get it, I've been thinking about ditching my cap/rack for a tray too. Always something.
I even think about selling the truck, then I don't, then I do, then I don't...

    Stuff. Also things.
12ga all the way! The door to my office is actually an insulated metal exterior door, so it’ll be just fine!

Also, baseboard and caulk are slated for tomorrow and then this bitch is DONE

Ordered a $15 gps speedometer because it's easier short term than figuring out what speedometer gear I need lol

I stripped the grab handle mount screw trying to remove it for a RAM mount. That's gonna be a fun one to try and weld a nut to

So glad I did a Harbor Freight run today.

Long story short, the store that promised me my 25% no exclusions coupon for the 20 ton press still hadn't received one (Fresno store).

Went to the close one I always go to (Clovis) and ran into someone I knew in welding school.

Got my press, and more with his employee discount.

    Fucking score.
