Came standard with all 05-15 Tacomas. If yours doesn't have it, there's a recall to add it.

Not normal at all. In fact, looking at the pattern, I kind of doubt they're actually OEM headlights. Two possible causes. First, are your bulbs identical and fully / correctly seated? Second, are they possibly one of the many "OEM quality" headlights sold on eBay and Amazon? ("OEM quality" is not the same as true "OEM.") Even CAPA (insurance company) Certified aftermarket headlights are not the same as OEM.

Full disclosure: I work for a Toyota dealership delivering wholesale parts. Many of the customers I deliver to are collision shops and they use - at the insistence of insurance companies - many aftermarket parts. You ought to hear the complaining about just how bad the aftermarket stuff is.

Nope. My OE have a very clean cut off. Adjust them up and down there is a spot where the cut off changes if they’re too low or too high.

Seems they are incorrect. The drawing shows the pin side (looking INTO)

Glad to see you found your problem. I had no idea when I posted my initial replay that you'd worked on the wiring.

Now that you've got the best headlight housings available - and seeing as your original wiring harness is somewhat compromised - you may want to kill two birds with one stone and do this:
