    Thanks. Question, I changed the motor in my tacoma, seemed to be out of same model truck , but once i started hooking wiring harness and get to the coils, I realized the wiring harness colors are different and the coils were cut so need rewired but different colors from my harness. As far as I know both are 2.7, help explanations or wiring diagrams would be appreciated, why different?

    Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    First you need to figure out just what year engine harness and ECM you decided to use.

    The fact one harness has been ruined makes things worse.

    Each model year engine harness needs to be matched with the ECM to work correct

    track down the Circuit diagrams of all vehicles and models involved.
