I’m looking for COL, NYR and FLA

 

We will see, I’m taking it period by period. The Aves definitely have some experience but we spent half the season with AHL players due to injuries and being without half of our top line won’t help if they plan to make a deep run. We will see.

We can be competitive against Dallas and the Oilers but will we be the team from the first half of the season completely out of the playoffs or the latter half that went like 38-6 to win the Central? The Aves looked flat and reactionary in the first 5 games, was only game 6 when I recognized them.

 

We are all VGK fans because fuck the oilers and McDouche/Kane

 

Fuck that. I don't like the oilers any but McDavid is the best and most exciting player that's come into the league in the last 15 years and you're kidding yourself if you think otherwise. Rooting against a team for having the best player in the league is some petty bullshit.

 

Reread what I said and I don't think I said he wasn't a great player. I think he has a shit attitude and is kind of douchey. I think that's plenty of reasons to not like him. But hey you can make whatever assumptions about why I dislike him you want

 

Every superstar player in the league in the last 20 years is a douche (Crosby, Ovi, MacKinnon, etc). IMO McDavid has plenty of reasons to be pissed off, just look at how the oilers have done since he got drafted.

We all know you're coming off 19 years of disappointment. I can't wait to hear about how many years it's been since the leafs got out of the second round.

I don't disagree with you on hoping for a shitty oilers team. But at the end of the day you're wishing the worst against a player because he's one of the best.

No...I wishing he doesn't win anything because he is a dickhead. Best doesn't have to equal being a dickhead. If that is the persona he has chosen, so he will get hate for it. It has nothing to do with how good it, it is 100% on how he presents himself. Teemu selanne was on the ducks, a team I absolutely hate, but respect the hell out of him. I am so glad my Kings sent him in such a positive manner in the Ducks OT loss. That is because he was a respectful player. McDouche, chooses to be a douche, so he will get all that heat.

Just like Kane. I despise Kane, he is a douche on and off the ice, a despicable human. I will not argue that he is a good player and man does he have a wicked shot. But he is another player I will continue to root against

If we could return to the era of players like Selanne I think everyone would be happier.

 

Complete agree. I want to hate Draisaitl but he hasn't done anything douchey to my knowledge and he is playing much better than McDavid in the first series. Dude has been on freaking fire.
