Recently replaced my a/c condenser and radiator due to a deer, changed my blower motor as it was on its way out. My my pickup has not been blowing hard at all on high. And the passenger side is not blowing cold air. Any ideas?

OEM or aftermarket blower? Check the dashboard and footwell vent on both sides to see where the air is going exactly, the vent actuator/control valve might be stuck or busted.

That's a sign of low refrigerant.

Assuming the system was vacuumed, leak tested and charged with a gauge set?
