    No wonder you are so vocal about the price of petrol. It has to be brought over by boat to the island.

    In Maryland we have a big resort town, Ocean City. To get there, for the most part, you have to cross a bridge. It is said that all goods that come across the bridge go up by 10%. It used to be true but not so much anymore.

    Looks like a great place to live if you like being on the water. Water sports, fishind and such.

    Also looks like quite a bit of open space as well.
