Mom and dad would pick wild onions down here and fry them with eggs and they were great. But I didn’t pay close enough attention when they picked them to recognize them from garlic.

Did you move closer to your brother? I thought you were closer to the river.

I detected way too much sarcasm for that to be an actual legit inspection. And I don't think a Marine wouldn't do an inspection out of uniform.
I think that one was BS too.

I don't think you needed the ice in that glass...

$2200 for the pair seems rather steep, even with the recent inflation numbers. Have you looked into ALCAN Springs? They do good custom spring packs. But if your truck is in the stock config you should be able to find some slightly used springs after a full lift install for next to nothing.

Yep I’m the new guy! And this reminds me of a question I have. What is with the kill in the creek names up north I see it often up that way? Is that another word for creek in the old country?

Middle Dutch it is more common the further East you get, at least in the NE. Down in Philly is the Schuylkill Expressway and whenever I had to go down there always referred to it as the Surekill Expressway. I avoided it at all cost.

As the settlers expended West again using Dutch but wider area than Middle Dutch the waterways were named runs. Pa. has an enormous number of runs. Well known trout streams like Trout Run and Slate Run but also as roads were built along them the roads were named runs. IIRC there are more roads and streams named run in Pa. then anywhere else in the US. Pittsburg area is full of roads named runs.

    Hi guys
    I’m 53. And a half I guess.
I live in Western WA. I’m a heavy equipment operator that likes to mess around on my tractor on my property. Had several Toyotas back in the 80’s and am finally driving another.

Bilstein’s were OEM on mine. Blue and yellow ones. As for springs…that’s something I have to do as well. Currently have an add a leaf but I will probably use Gitts springs though. They have a good reputation around here.

    1. I grew up in upstate NY so I will default to mustard and sauerkraut but out here they like cream cheese on their hot dogs and I gotta say it’s pretty damn good if you haven’t tried it. I also like relish sweet or dill. No chili dogs for me. Too messy

    2. Hmm. All kinds. I like Devil dogs and snow balls but if it’s got chocolate and or cream filled I’ll eat it. The wife likes cupcakes and knows I’ll help her with those too

    3. Never heard of younglings but if you mean lawnmower than
upload_2023-5-1_15-8-53.jpgThat’s Walter my 2025R. Has a quick attatch loader for it also.

    4. 2 dogs Fritz and Reba

    5. No. Had a couple goats and a couple sheep years ago to knock down some blackberry bushes and my Malamute decided to commit a mass murder of them in the middle of the night. He dug under the fence and got 3. Was working on the last when I got outside and saved her. Sent her to an uncles horse farm and packed the deceased out back to the coyotes before my daughter got up. She loved those goats. Had an old Dog house out there for them and she brought them blankets and treats. I told her they broke out and got away. No more goats

    6. Tea. Coffee doesn’t do well on my innards and I like tea iced or hot. Irish breakfast tea from Trader Joe’s is my daily but I like fresh green tea too. Not too picky like the wife who has an espresso machine

    7. Yes. Bacon makes EVERYTHING taste better. Even on donuts

    8. Over.

    9. Bad. Retarded to be precise

    10. Medium rare. I can grill or smoke a steak better than any steakhouse upload_2023-5-1_15-20-6.jpg
