Yeah it's definitely not hockey. A hell of a lot slower but in the summertime when I'm working on stuff it's good background. It usually gets interesting right at the end of the season.

if I were crazy rich I would buy three houses in sequence on the same street - one to live in, one for in-laws to stay in when they visit, and one purely for storage
