    I sandwich all my signs between 1/8" foam from Amazon shipping supplies and pallet ship sheets from Costco. ( cardboard that the intermitenly put on stacked boxes on a pallet) Get the cardboard free. You have to selectively pic the thicker ones. Then tape up the sides with boxing tape with the nylon strings in it.
