Check antenna connection. Do you have a oem antenna or the short aftermarket? Clean the cache and reboot.

Jimmy did you attempt to program the buttons within the joying menu?

Is there anyway to change the color of the blue icons into more of a clear color. I wish to display my wallpaper more.

    Blue with lights off

Clear when the lights are on.

Also does anyone know how to control the Bluetooth ringtone volume? Mine is ridiculously loud when receiving calls.

    Thanks for this! Just ordered.

Earlier in this thread Mentioned some issues with the unit having trouble reading my music usb. Just switched the cable for another one (dual plug usb outlet) and that one seems to be working well so most likely the one cable is bad, or less likely, the one usb outlet at the back of the unit is faulty.

Android auto seems to work very well for me now. The only thing I've noticed is I have a DNS ad blocker that will not allow wireless synch up unless it's disabled.

Has anyone had their HU screen go black but the left-side buttons still light up? I have tried a hard-reset, unplugging for a few hours and replacing the fuse. No dice. I'm guessing it is a hardware crash.

Next time it rings use the down volume on your phone and it should lower the volume for CarPlay.

Sounds like maybe your screen came unplugged. You will have to reset the Headunit. The button is behind the screen.

No. There is power. The left side buttons light up. And at first the radio was on but the screen was out. After doing a hard reset the radio is off. The left side still lights up but the screen is still black. Unit is maybe 2 months old.

When ever the screen disconnects from the main unit it needs to be reset with a button that is behind the screen. It can all be hooked up just fine but it will not power up until this reset but is pressed. It is on the main unit itself and came as a warning/piece of paper in the box.

Thank you. I tried that. I'll be sending it off for a replacement once they confirm the address.

This may be a dumb question, but the advertisement says the head unit is for Android. However, it also says CarPlay. Will my iPhone be able to link up to the unit? Thanks in advance.

It's an Android OS car tablet, that also supports both Android Auto and Apple Carplay

Yes, the radio "computer" runs as it's operating system, a version of Android. On the radios computer, it runs apps that can support both Android and iOS phones to connect to it via their respective mobile to car interfaces (Android auto/Apple carplay).

I can't comment on the functionality of android auto but the apple carplay interface works pretty good. I use it all the time.

I can. And tbh, I prefer the native Android Tablet apps and functionality over the Android Auto. Though I do have the cell sim installed also.

I use and love Android Auto in my other vehicles, though.

No, but could it be that the clips aren't pushed in fully? those clips are replaceable, just tiny Philips heads. I had a similar issue in the jeep where the back of the screen was touching the jeep trim. I rearranged the clips so that they were higher on the back of the screen, making the screen sit lower in the opening, and not touching any trim.
