I can confirm the Kryptotal supersofts are quite tacky. Those are what we just put on my friends new DH recently.

Update, Fezzari was easy to deal with, couple text messages and a new lower headset bearing is on its way. Still not happy such a crap bearing was used to begin with, but I’ll run the new one until the end of Spring (mud season) and I can get a Hellbender 70 in there over the summer.

I've got an awesome Knolly Tyaughton with only 49mi on it. It's a large frame, but the 495mm reach means it fits on the larger side for sure.

Anyone running a Kids Ride Shotgun Pro? I was planning on picking up an aluminum hardtail to use the regular KRS seat, but figured I could just go with the Pro since it wouldn't mount to the carbon frame.

Are they only running shuttles until 5 PM? In that case I can't come since I have to work during some of the day

That’s an old Dakine ski/snowboarding pack I had laying around from a former life.

I lay the headtube of the strider into the turtle shell/flap thingy that was probably designed to carry a snowboard horizontally. The strap on top of the pack that would secure diagaonally loaded skis is strapped around the seatpost.

I’ve found it to be a super secure and comfortable carrying method. Pretty quick load and unload as well. Makes it easy swap modes for the little one depending on the change in terrain being ridden or their fatigue level.

I think 5pm is going to be the schedule still unfortunately. It would be cool if they ran them an extra hour.

For what it's worth, I have both the original Shotgun and the Shotgun 2.0 (much improved!). I've used both on carbon, titanium, and steel frames for about 3 years with no issues at all. The pro model does seem nicer for a bunch of reasons, but I actually wonder if my older daughter would be seated too high on it compared to the standard model. She's borderline too big to ride with me anymore at this point anyway...
