4th Gen Tacoma (2024+)

3 pedals is great for those that care. I'd bet it's tied to the V6 only though.

 

So my '08 FJ had the same version of these, sport pedals, I believe they were called. They were absolutely the most slippery pedals I have ever had in a vehicle. It made working the clutch a nerve wracking affair if it was wet out. I'd hope these are optional vs. Traditional rubber pedals.

 

You need the right shoes...

 

The Manual with the V6 is awesome. I hope they keep that combo!

There used to be convertible Dodge Dakota's.

 

Why would that be the case? They will have a non hybrid turbo 4cyl

 

2017 was the last year you could get a 4 banger SR with a manual, you have to step up to the TRD lineup in order to get it.

 

I don’t think a v6 is in the mix. They can get more power with an i4 now a days. Cheers!

 

the metal pedals is silly imo..
this is a rugged pick up truck not a damn sports car.

 

Lower level wouldn’t have fancy pedals.

Goes with the other garish cosmetic items on the TRD Pro (like fake hood louvers)

 

I'm just saying some guys complain swearing up and down that manual will go away. Then Toyota drops that they're keeping the manual and they just move the goal posts so they can continue to complain..
