The angle that they are at doesn't allow for much down travel. Haven't had a chance to take it off road yet though.

I recommend the JBA, the ball joint range of motion on these are insane. And I notice 1" or so of down travel on these along with my eibach stage coilovers.

With the jba uca, from ride height, are the UCA almost at droop? Don't mind posting up pictures?

I don’t have any good pictures with the front at full droop, but here’s some.
And no, on level ground the UCAs aren’t even close to full droop.

Does anyone know the collapsed and extended lengths on the Vertex 3.5?

good to see they smartened up for the vertex line. pretty standard "extended travel" coilover specs. their cheaper n and m line shocks are waaaayyyy too long. basically added a spacer lift to the shock body itself. junk.

Yeah they’re honestly pretty good. I’ve had mine on for close to 2 years and they’re still doing great. We don’t have hardly any high speed trails to run where I’m at like they do out west, so I’m not sure how they’d hold up to that stuff. But for DD and the slow crawling off roading they do really good.

A few questions, including those that got the 3.5" or the 3". How much of lift did you got out of the box? What size tires you have on and what are your fender to ground measurements on both front and rear.

I never took a measurement but I went with the 3.5” and after they settled I’d say they’re more like 3” or lift. I run a 285/70/17 on a 17x9 wheel with a -12 offset. I also have a steel front bumper, winch, full skids and sliders. So there’s definitely some added weight. The coilovers are set as low as they can go but I need to raise them. Since I added the bumper the front sag a bit lower now and I rub when I’m flexed out and turning. I have done a CMC but haven’t beat my pinch weld which is where it rubs.

I appreciate the info, is it cool you can take some measurements to how it sits. Ofc when you got the time tho aha.

Yeah for sure. When I was all stock as far as weight goes, it was probably 1/2 - 3/4 inch higher up front. I’ll get those soon

I sit 24 1/2” from fender to center hub up front. My “3.5” was like barely 3 out of the box I have adjusted them to get the full 3.5

did you adjust them after you installed them on the truck? I bought the spanner wrench to adjust mine but I don’t really wanna take them off to adjust them. I know I’ll have to get the front end off the ground, that’s no issue
