For context, I’ve had Cali Raised LED fogs for about two years. Two weeks ago I noticed one was out and it turns out the connection was corroded so I replaced it.

After reinstalling it I’m getting no light to either fog light. I’ve switched out the fog light fuse and the relay.

    What else should I check?

Have you checked to see if you have voltage at the fog light plug?

Pick up a test light while you are there.
One of the best tools you’ll ever buy. And they are cheap.
Skip the LED type. Get a good old fashioned incandescent bulb type.

Got the multimeter, it’s showing about .5 volts but I’m getting 0.0 on my amperage. Does that mean they’re not grounded?

    .5v on the green wire?
Do you have power on both sides of the fog light fuse?
Does your right headlight work on Low?

The fog light circuit is very simple.
Pin 1 of the FR FOG Relay gets power from the HEAD (LO RH) fuse 10A when the headlights are on low beam.
Pin 2 of the FR FOG Relay gets ground from the Fog Light Switch to turn it on (Switch gets ground from ground point IC)
Pin 5 of the FR FOG Relay gets constant power from the FR FOG Fuse 15A
Pin 3 of the FR FOG Relay supplies power to the Fog Lights when the relay is turned on (Fog Lights get ground from ground points EA & EB)

Using a test light is a far better way to test circuits than resistance testing, resistance testing is a waste of time IMO.

The Green wire should be reading battery voltage 12 volts with respect to ground when fogs are turned on.

How are you connected to read amperage. You would need a DC Amp Clamp or be connected in series with the load to read amperage on a DC Circuit.

    0.5 volts is nothing.

So I didn’t have the multimeter connected properly and I did get it to read 12v.

I also believe Ive solved the issue. When Cali Raised had me pull off my passenger fog to test on the other side that’s when I noticed the pins on the pod and adapter were completely corroded and one of the pins broke off which they replaced due to warranty. The OE fog connector also needs to be replaced.
When I pulled the driver side off to test the left it must have broken the connector on that pod too. The new pod works on both sides so I’ll reach out and get a replacement as well as try to find the replacement for the OE fog connectors.

if anyone has a part number or can point me in the direction of where to find the connector I’d appreciate it?

    thanks

Just get you a standard H11 connector, they are readily available just avoid the Doorman and cheap china knockoff ones.
