True on both options. I find myself getting out without pushing the off button.
I've also saved my life with the hand brake lever when I was on a steep hill in my 2nd gen and a brake like failed. I could gradually apply and release the brake as needed to get down the hill. Not sure what I would have done with an electronic on/off brake.

Because it's the only way to get the MT now is with the V6. I'm still of the belief that Toyota will carry over the V6 and MT combo before they wean everyone off of it and on to the new drivetrains.

Just my personal thoughts on it, no real reason or info to base it on. I'd love to be wrong and see TM have an MT on the T4 though.

Not me man. I will never go back to keys. I switched to a Lexus Key card many moons ago that is in my wallet so I never carry a fob or keys. Even my house is keyless.

Think they are going to do what GM is doing. All the same 4 cyl Turbo with different tunes. Pro iForce Max “might” get the V6 out of the Tundra, have my doubts though.

They certainly didn't carry over the V8 in the Tundra to wean people off of it. My uninformed opinion is that they will offer powertrain options similar to the Tundra, except with 4 vs 6 cylinders.

Having said that, I don't actually know what they will do.

This is exactly what they will do. Good to see they are keeping the manual trans around though

What would be funny: if the 3rd pedal was actually the ejection mechanism for the removable Bluetooth speaker in the the dash. My boys would go nuts.

The 3rd pedal is obviously a foot operated parking brake. /s

The Raptor will definitely steal customers from a TRD Pro assuming a MSRP in the upper $50’s or low $60’s for each.

Seriously! There are mods for everything for these trucks, who gives a rip what the pedals look like. I am so ecstatic we still get a manual in 2023 in this country. Lots of people complain on this forum about little knick nacks but I am proud to be a loyal Toyota fan and always will be. They know their crowd.

Just curious, why? I am so happy I have a key and not a fob/push start. I dislike fobs with a passion.
