Ohhhh yea, now that's a pump

 

It's a day that would have been much better had I stayed home. I lost money going to work today and didn't enjoy a minute of it.

 

Other than cutting up fan shrouds to clearance other different fan shrouds, the day seems to be going okay. Got to use a bead roller for the first time making intercooler piping, so that was cool

Yeah done with work for the day. At least I got to go home on time and now with one non matching tire on the Corolla. On the bright side my intercooler for the taco came, so I can work on fitting it in now. Maybe go for a walk to unwind a bit, it is really nice out today.

Yeah you mentioned needing some brackets for that thing; if you figure it out on your own no worries but if you need a few things cut do let me know.

 

Yeah, definitely going to need something to hold it in the position I have it in currently. It's an all aluminum water to air intercooler from a twin turbo V12 Mercedes. But it's chonkier than the measurements let on. I have a couple screw holes and few bosses to work with so I can knock up some bracket designs.

I signed an NDA once when I assisted on a film set for an episode Americas Next Top Model like 9 - 10 years ago, they basically put down in so many words that if I were to publicly spoil the outcome of the show before it aired, I would be sued for a minimum of 5 million dollars
