So I added the Westcott lift, as well as icon rxt leaf springs and my steering wheel has started shaking at about highway speeds. My wheels haven't changed, and I did get it aligned. Here are the alignment results.

    Left Right
    Camber 0.4 0.5
    Caster 1.9 1.4
    Toe 0.04 0.04

Could it be my alignment causing it or would it be coming from something else? Could it be I need new ucas? I'm running the stock trd pro ones.

If it wasn’t something you noticed before it’s likely the lift. Is it a violent shaft (death wobble? Not sure if that’s a thing on Tacomas) or more of just a vibration?

Same wheels and tires as before? If that’s the case it could just be a balancing issue.

mid it was the UCA you would likely feel it all the time not just at speed. If you jack the front up and spin the front wheels does it feel like there is a drag slowing the wheel down?

Also what were the before numbers on your alignment?

I also have a slight vibration in my steering wheel. It's not really enough to notice if I'm holding the wheel but if I let go of it then the wheel shakes left and right slightly but rapidly. Also I can notice that my phone on the dash is shaking. I believe this to be caused by the fact that the caster on one side is higher than the other.

My bet is on your tires. Try switching the tires front & rear and see if it changes (for better or for worse). If it does, then yeah, tires. The lift (due to the change in suspension geometry) likely amplified it is all.

Are your wheels and tires still balanced? I used to have Cooper Discoverer AT3's and every so often it would need to be rebalanced because my steering wheel will start to vibrate at about 65 mph.

Lifts strain ball joints and angles the tie rods, along with typically lower caster you’ll notice vibrations easily.

it’s very normal and difficult to combat.

Uca will improve the highway characteristics but you need to live with some vibrations.
