How far can you actually go off road with the Toyo AT3s?

Apparently the KM3s are on sale at discount tire so I might actually end up going for those. They only weigh 45 lbs each in the 255/75/17 size, which is actually less than the Toyo AT3s, and nearly 10lbs less than the Falkens. Hopefully that doesn't sacrifice any durability, however.

Love the look... will be my next tire choice for sure! How much lift up front/wheel offset and did you need to trim/cmc?

I am running the Westcott Designs kit up front with Icon RXT stage 1 leaf pack in the rear. So I am approximately 1.5in over stock TRD Pro and 3in over stock in other trim levels. Wheels are a -25mm offset. I have a viper cut and very small plastic cut on the cab side bottom edge of the fender flare. no CMC currently. Only rubs at full lock and flexed.
