I would but since it's minor and no injuries to worry about she can just pay off the claim to our insurance provider (Up in BC so it's all basically 1 provider for claims) and not affect her premiums. Gives us both the security of using insurance and gives her the option to handle it how she chooses which I think is best.

Many places will not patch or repair a tire outside of the two outermost grooves. It may not be leaking or is just real slow. However, It will start at some point. I keep a plug kit in all my cars. Easy buy at Wal Mart or similar. I would plug this but before doing so put soapy water on it. If it is not leaking then pull the nail and if you do not hear a leak put soapy water on it again and fill the hole it left. Watch for awhile. If it does not bubble the item did not penetrate. If it does ream it out and plug it. Or you can just go ahead and push the ream through and then plug. Looking at the picture again, that object may just be in the squared rise of the tread as it looks pretty vertical and on the edge.

Man, I feel a bit basic now after seeing what you've all added recently. Lol

I just installed a rear bumper step and a screen protector.

I didn't notice much glare, before or after. If anything, there's maybe a bit more glare glare now considering the protector is a smooth, glass-like finish instead of the satin/matte finish of the original screen. :notsure:

    That’s my next move haha
I cleaned it once already, and this time was a vinegar/Dawn/water mix. Now my truck smells like vinegar and I’m not sure which smell is worse…

You should have just bought a different trim level. The whole point of the Off Road trim is that it flexes--on road too.

I’m well aware of the differences….most importantly, the transmission dictated the truck I got. I did look for sports but couldn’t find any I wanted. Sports also ride very rough. So I’m happy with what I have. I like the soft ride of the offroad suspension combined with the firm handling of the thicker sway bar.

Put a bowl of baking soda in the center of the interior, i.e., the center arm rest overnight with the windows up. Baking soda will absorb the odor.
