    Yeah, I have had a person actually show up to have the bushing done and when they pulled up I saw the prerunner badge. I now ask prior to scheduling. Good on them for attempting preventative maintenance/mods. I have also seen a lot of misinformation out there so people get mixed up for sure.

    I just ordered 4 more to keep in stock. Nobody in our area (Sacramento CA) actually stocks these for emergency so I keep some on the shelf in my backyard shop for working on forum trucks and Runners

    Installer was $30 and remover was $45- make an offer.

    edit: he ground a few millimeters off the remover piece that goes behind the stock needle bearing. I've seen others do this to get it to fit best and get the OEM bearing out.

    thats fair for sure... I charge $282 ($200 labor, $82 parts) for parts and labor and I am a 2 bay shop out of my property without overhead so that is very fair for a full shop. Good to find reasonable shops that you trust

    For those that have modified the tool to get it to go behind the bearing easier, did you grind all four corners of the piece that goes behind the bearing? Do you chamfer just the edges that touch the bearing? My tool just came in the mail yesterday, so im gonna get mine done before i do my lift, pictures of modifications to the tool would help:)
