You guys previously poo-pooed this plan for the bizarre rooflines, among other things, if I remember correct; I still love this plan, and my idea would be give it a more traditional roof while keeping the actual layout. I have no idea why it says "0 bathrooms", because it clearly has 3 full bathrooms and a half bath...

Four car shows with the girlfriend and possibly a trip to Centralia. I don't work on weekends and @Stitchgirl90 has the weekend off! She works at a Mexican restaurant though, so working tomorrow is mandatory because its Cinco de Mayo...

 

I really want to hear the story of why he got arrested. It sounds like that Jennifer Anniston movie where her character's boyfriend is a bounty hunter, and she got arrested for "assaulting an officer" because the sideview mirror of her Prius hit a police horse...

 

Anyway, I really love the layout of this plan, even though it is a bit small and lacks a walk-in closet in the master bedroom...

 

I especially love the hobby room in the basement!

 

I do agree it can be a little irksome at times, but if the city/town/state requires it that's above the store's discretion. I've heard of people being sent in by law enforcement that are well of age to see if they will be carded.

Different story but an acquaintance of mine owns a bar. Has been in his family a long time. They're probably more strict than they should be by law at times, but they're in a college town for one thing. Other neighboring businesses were serving minors, overserving, etc and now the commission watches all of them like hawks.

 

Lots of people were throwing tips at them; I just happened to tip them standing in front of a cop (ooopsy!)

 

Was it considered assault or something?

 

As long as you are modifying things why not extend the porch across the full width of the front.

I say use a whole bedroom as a walk-in closets.
