    I just did it the cheap redneck way with 2 cans of spray paint and I washed it first then let it dry in the sun and did 2 coats and let it dry and then did a final but need to touch it up again

    This was laying in the road, on an on ramp getting on the interstate. I stopped, put the hazards on and threw it in the bed of my truck. I knew somebody wasn't gonna be paying attention and have a bad day. I'm assuming it's to move trailers around by hand. Looks like a tow hitch ball goes into the bottom piece. No idea what I'm gonna do with it.
