Where did the phrase “Take a shit” come from?
We don’t take them, we leave them. At least that’s how I operate. Anything else is…just weird.

Back in the early days, cave mo’fuckas would shit outside the entrance of their caves. The size of the shit pile was a projection of a man’s status. The vegans piles were small, exposing them to ridicule and shame by the meat eaters. To shield themselves from the shame, the girlie men would steal the shit of the manly men and add it to their own pile. Soon the meat eaters piles were small and they were ridiculed, leading them to take a shit from the girlie men. This went on for thousands of years and when you had to go out to the shit pile, whether it was to give or take, it was simply referred to as “Take a shit”.
