Funny enough I found Obsessed Garage when I was researching Milwaukee tools. The man does not disappoint. His set up for detailing is nuts.

Oh there will be some mods all right
I am stumped as to who would buy a barrel. I cannot come up with a genuine reason to need such a large quantity on hand besides a slip and slide lol.

That's what I'm here for, the mods and the gear.
May be a dumb question from a guy just starting to DIY stuff, but what's with the cable?

It's 2023. If you're paying less than that per row, you are not getting quality covers. Hate to say it but... These are expensive times.

Less than you think. Just remember, dealership markups are done by the dealers, not Toyota. And the dealers that sell without markups sell more, therefore they get more allocations from Toyota.

I'm hoping Toyota doesn't mark a band like they've threatened to do before. Unfortunately they did not actually enforce the last one they sent out back in September, but if they enforced a market ban on this it would be tremendous. Pulling allocations from dealers who lie about their markups etc. Plus it would mean the dealership I work at would have a fighting chance with others in our district for pulling ahead because we really do keep our markups fairly low. Other than the GR Corolla, and maybe the first two Tundras we sold, nothing. Actually has much of a markup on it. The occasional Sequoia Pro or capstone but they're not even huge markups, couple grand especially compared to dealerships 20 mi north of us which have 10 grand markup.

    Way way less.

Little bit of dawn will do ya

I haven't tried these myself but considering your requirements of cheap and non neoprene this might be your best option.
    https://www.fleetfarm.com/detail/ca...cket-seat-cover/0000000359532?Ntt=seat covers

Anything fitted to the seats and of known good quality is going to cost $200-300 per row or more.

Personally I was looking at the Rough Country neoprene covers but I have a husky Shepard mix doggo and the hair would stick to those like velcro.

Well, at the ISCA car shows I entered back in the day we jacked the rig up and coated the tread too. Made for delicious burnouts in the parking lot later...

Visited AirOnBoard this morning and made a purchase or two: Locker switches (plural as a commitment to the front locker...) for the center lower panel and a dual USB port for my center consul panel. time to move that hanger from the MOAB repair...

Yup-that one is in play as well. Just adding more... all my spots will be used up except one (with 6 extra added...) now. How often do you use your 2lo? I mainly use it at the boat ramp...

On a totally separate note from Tacomas and vehicles, with this being somewhat my form of social media, and a connection to this state I need to say this.

To the St. Croix Sheriff's Office, my heart goes out to you. Waking up today and hearing the news of another fallen officer my heart hurts. The west side of the state recently lost two great officers, and now another. I don’t know what to say other than I am praying for all of their families and friends. To any first responders in the group, my heart goes out to you as well. Let’s not take one day for granted.

Not as often as I'd like, but with warmer weather comes more opportunities on property, doing work off road, heading to the lake etc....

I did use it last January to peel tires in a parking lot to "prove" that the taco had plenty of power (they didn't know I had 2Lo)

My driver seat cover ripped from trying to adjust it. Definitely a tight fit. Otherwise they've been doing ok for the price.

Putting in the bench cover is tricky but you take it out enough times to wash them and you get the hang of it. There's always a sale or two throughout the year for those too.

It was work on the truck day.
Finally installed the new transmission skid plate. I also pulled out the transfer case skid cross member that RCI supplies. There wasn't much clearance in between the cross member and the exhaust. Angle grinder and black paint fixed that problem. There was lots clearance when I installed it last year. Must of been a hard hit it took in Moab:notsure:.

My factory transfer case skid-if you want to call it that-is smashed onto the case itself now. Need to get the exhaust crossover relocate done and finish that project up. Need to make that crossmember and get the plasma cutter working again to cut some plate for the skid.

I feel your pain. My factory gas tank skid was smashed to the gas tank after my Oct. shenanigans. The RCI replacement skid held up very well on our trip in March.
