I bought it in about 2000 while living in Colorado. Its about to tick over to 300k and I want to do a bunch of work to it so I figured Id join up here and exchange knowledge.

The truck has the 3RZ 2.7l, its a 4x4, havent done a locker yet. Only a 2" lift, originally had Fox/Fabtech in the front & NWOR heavy duty in the rear. Travel with a snowmobile in the back and the age of it have worn out the rear springs, also bent the tailgate and I had to find a new one.

I have been using it for the last few years as a fuel truck, its seen a lot of off road, probably places you cant go anymore. Its got some rust but I painted over it so its not a problem anymore (j/k). The original frame did not rust while in Colorado, don't know if I was lucky or it was just that dry front range air that preserved it. I ended up coating it with rust converter when I found out it was a problem.

Im trying to keep it a fun project, don't want it to get expensive and frustrating. I need to redo the rear springs, considering a turbo, maybe pull the bed off and do a flat bed or something custom, some interior carbon fiber pieces, maybe find some wheels & fender flares.
