I have a 97 GT Vertigo, could use some rust cleanup though but most all OE

 

Met the Pattersons at a national event, they gave me bunch of stickers and signed our plates me and my buddies. Richie Anderson, he was a dick. Sponsored guy didn't give us anything.

 

Continental comp 3's ?? Taking a stab at it I could be wrong.

 

Mitsuboshi was the brand back in the day. Was also sold under the Tioga label.

Carlisle aggressor. That's what's on my Race inc. I just took a look. I don't think that was the "it" brand though. What a kid with a paper route could afford.

Going to look at this tomorrow, opinions on if this should be good for $150-180? Really just want a bike to fuck around on with my kid (he's almost 3) but also try to mess around and remember shit from my youth. I used to go to the skate park but never could do any really good tricks just aired it out on the table tops/and rode the 1/4's. Ideally I'd like to be able to go to the skate park on it once in a while and just not have it bend under me. I'm 6'2" and 190lbs. I plan on bringing a tape measure to check the top tube length, current Endeavors are supposed to be around 21" but I can't find history on this one's year.

 

Not too up on the brand but I don't think that's a bad price for any bike really these days. What year is it, I didn't see it in the ad?

Well my buddy scooped me what looks to be a 2007 eastern shovel head based on the decal for $80 today. Should be plenty to tool around the neighborhood with my son and let me decide if I want to invest in something newer.

Not the Baja but I had a X-24 I rescued from the town landfill as a kid.

Here’s the one I ride most, a lot newer but I guess being a 1996 it’s almost 30, so it’s getting pretty old like me

 

That King is money especially since in such good shape. I like the Goose as well.

Hell, my Schwinn Freeform is a 1986 and I'm almost 50!
