Whole underbody seems to have started squeaking

    rear leafs (that’s a given)
But even front now. Or from steering input.
    Happens over bumps/undulation/uneven road

I left everything tight last time I worked on it.
I know rear leafs squeak normally after you off road.

anyone dealt with this? Truck feels fine just the constant loud squeaking is nuts

right now I want to pick up a $7 can of Teflon and just spray the shit out of everything and hope it helps without causing any damage, or silicone

    like into:
    -leafpack
    -control arms
    -bushings
    -ball joints

I know for rear leafpack that’s gonna be tough. Because it’s compressed at ride height and lube won’t really get in. Unless I do some sketchy shit like raise it with a Hi Lift in a car wash bay to get in there, spray clean, dry
Then later somewhere else raise back up to spray lube

rear squeak followed by clean, lube, then quiet I’ve dealt with

but it also coming from the front now is new

Blast the shit out of everything with fluid film. You will help prevent rust and get rid of squeaks at the same time.

may try this. Have a few cans already. Just didn’t know if it’s safe on rubber.

might be the steering rack hardware.

just sprayed over half a can silicone in anything I could see (ride height) and not really any difference
probably a tiny gap on the steering rack hardware causing metal to metal squeak (one time use nuts are stripped and ideally need to be replaced even though they’re tight)
