Hello! Looking to get a couple extra inches of clearance on the truck without spending $1000+ on suspension parts.
Truck currently has 5100’s on the 2nd highest setting so the truck sits fairly level, but was thinking of a basic block lift or something just to get a few more inches.
I’m far from a mechanic so this isn’t my strong suit lol, open to suggestions

This topic will bring a lot of haters that don't have a clue. The higher the body lift the more of the frame you'll see under the truck. A body lift is very effective in reducing the amount of body mods required for bigger tires but you'll still need to modify the mid cab body mount, the bigger the tires the bigger the body mount chop will have to be. There are quite a few benefits to a body lift however the last couple of times I wrote about them not one person that replied to my comment had the mental capacity to understand what I wrote. Have a great day.

You say body lift then talk suspension lift.

    Not sure which you want.

And neither raises the axle line, the lowest area of clearance.

Where are you getting hung? Approach/departure?
