    Okay all you wise old farts, my question of the day. How to remove rust from precision measuring tools, IE, squares, scales, calipers. Yeah I fucked up and left some tools in the garage over the winter. Currently have them soaking in Coca Cola.:annoyed:

    Yesterday was a beautiful day. Worked on the truck. Replaced a skid plate that was damaged in Moab. Added cat. converter guards.
    We got a surprise visit from our old neighbor Tim. His family lived next door for 3 years. They moved to Tennessee 4 years ago. They were the best neighbors we ever had.


    I think you deserve to treat yourself and buy new tools.

    Soak the tools in white vinegar overnight or up to 12 hours works the best
