    Still have my ‘99. :) Not sure how long I’ll keep the ‘21. Am going to take care of it like I will keep it forever though.

    All the pre-05 Toyotas look the best to me. Maybe they’ll tone it back down for the 5th Gen, tastes/trends may change by then. Think I am one if the few that actually likes the looks of the Ridgeline (before they went macho as well) and the Rivian.

    Thought the 3rd Gen was a bit overboard when it came out, looks mild compared to the 4th. Not hating it though, that grill is much better than the Tundra.

    Improving design and manufacturing and then selling more vehicles than Jeep or Ford is kinda how Toyota rolls. Expanding the San Antonio plant for a Made in America 4Runner could be quite something.

    They were ugly at first but then every single manufacturer hopped into the “aggressive” design scheme so the 4Runner crying front end blended right into the market.

    No it wouldn't, they can leave them in Japan and continue the bullet proof build legacy. The last thing anyone wants to see is the San Antonio factory building the 4 runner until they get their crap together.
