I am considering getting BILSTEIN 5100S for my 2022 Tacoma TRD Sport 4X4. Will I need front and backs to make the truck look more leveled? This is all new to meet and any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks

King 2.5’s with adjusters from accutune front and rear, 88 rotors rear add a leaf, Camburg X-joint UCA’s, Factory style trd pro 16” wheels with 0 offset, 285/75/16 KO2’s, pro grille, Front bumper viper cut, trd front skid plate, full RCI under skid plates, Cali raised trail sliders, exhaust cut dump, KDMax 10.0 tune
You only need the fronts to level out the truck, but I would get a full set just to be more consistent all around.

You technically only need the fronts in order to level it with your rear. But most people opt for all 4,as the 5100s are a big upgrade from your OEM, and the rears are very easy to swap out.
FYI - only the fronts are adjustable, the rears are not. Fronts are also slightly difficult to replace, so most people opt for a shop to do this. And it is highly reccomended to get an alignment after you raise the front to level it out.

    Good Luck.

Depending on what want, you put the front clip at on the billies, you made need a 1 inch block, and add a leaf or a complete new leaf pack if you do not want the Carolina squat (which is also a California thing). The front sits like 2 inches higher than the front. I have come to the conclusion that the the 3rd gen doesn't like to be lifted more than 1 to 2 inches. At that point it cause issues.
I would put the front clips no higher than the 2nd clip and get a inch block or add a leaf for the rear.
