    @drizzoh

    I had my son-in-law help me when I partially removed the tailgate. He used impact tool and it would not budge.

    The vendor gave me credit for it and I ended up shipping to a member here for free!

    Same here. Screw didn't want to budge, I didn't want to fight with it. I ended up going with the Sabelco instead as well.

    I ended up using a hose clamp and some shrink tubing.

    Fixed the rattle after my rear lift install.

    So when I was getting under the truck to check the torque on every bolt I grabbed the spare tire to help slide myself under the truck and found my rattle.
    I didn't tighten the spare all the way when I put it back.

    Gotta love the easy fixes.

    First removed TRD Sport panel decal to put on a CDN flag decal. Then finally did the door emblem swap. From a Tacoma badge to Sequoia's TRD Sport badge. I like em.

    Dude, it was a MFer. The first time I did it, I had to drill out the screw and use an easy out. After doing that, I realized I took out the wrong bolt. FML... @christian06 squared me away with another bolt and I tried using the impact gun like he recommends. No joy. Still had to drill it out. Whatever damn glue/locktite they are using at Toyota works really well. lol

    heat may help, and take that side of the gate off and set it on the bumper with padding to get a better angle

    For future reference.
    One thing I learned disassembling large multi function printers containing several hundred Philips screws is to crack the seal by tightening the screw slightly first. Then it will loosen with ease.

    If anyone runs into the problem where only 1 side of the brake caliper retracts (first time dealing with that for me) - I offer my state-of-the-art-high-tech solution for pressing 1 side at a time. Stick a wrench in there.

    And for the OCD types that want to get things new-ish clean before reinstall - a little plastic brush, some Meguiar's D14301, brake clean rinse, and fuggetaboutit.

    Alignment.

    Installed my 6112/5160 setup a little bit ago. Alignment today. Only thing that was off was the passenger-side toe. When I did the install, I was able to do it without touching the LCA bolts, so I am sure that helped.
