I’ll have to see what my replacement costs would be with shipping if I bought the medium ones. Free garage day/installation help for you though.

    Hey Dudes,

I have some trail spares I'm looking to unload from a 2017 Tacoma.

    OEM front CV - $100
    OEM Rear Driveshaft - $300

    *Disclaimer:
The front CV became a spare because I crossthreaded the first two threads and couldnt get the axle nut on. However, I used a diamond hone to clean the first two threads and everything threads perfect now, these threads are not engaged when installed.
The Driveshaft has been slightly caned and does have some minor vibrations at speed, again this is a spare. A local drive shaft shop should be able to rebuild and rebalance for $300 (ask me how I know.)

    Prefer local pickup. Photos below.

Does anyone have a front runner wolf pack box that they would like to get rid of? If you have the roof locks then that would be great too

We moved to Texas and taxes here are higher than Colorado. You don't have a state income tax, but you pay a local property tax instead. That is set by locality. Want to live somewhere nice? Get ready to pay for it.

Our Colorado state income tax plus Colorado property tax still comes out cheaper per year by about $2000 compared to just my Texas property tax. And I live in county area outside of a small town. We have local MUD district for water. It pumps up local sludge and sells it at a premium. Nobody drinks it and I'm working to add 5 stage filtration to the house. We aren't on septic, so that's nice. But there are no curbs or storm drains. Open canal systems to drain water out. The point is that if you want to live in a neighborhood with curbs and storm drains, the local property tax rate will go up. Taxes in texas are high.

To get a license and registration takes 3 trips to 2 different places. The fees aren't much, but you waste more time dancing around between shitty dmv, dps, and local tax offices. You can renew registration online, but have to visit a local tire shop/mechanic/lube job to pay a bullshit $50 inspection fee. Every year, no matter what. In Colorado I just made an appointment and showed up, did everything in one place at one time when we moved there. After that it was all online or the drive through smog tests. Yes, the roads in Colorado are shit, but the traffic is better. No joke, 25 is a cakewalk. I miss driving around Fort Collins for sure.

I wish Colorado did infrastructure better. They have such a unique landscape and attractions. We need some Swiss to come out and fix the highways and open up the mountains.

My biggest miss is the Colorado bluebooks for voting. That was really helpful. Down here you have to look for temporary street signs that get posted out by schools to know when to vote. No ballot in the mail. Colorado is pretty awesome.

It’s all relative, if you make more money you save more in income taxes, property taxes are definitely higher in Texas but you see your money work for you and again at some point it makes more sense financially based on your income and property taxes. DMV is a cake walk once you get Colorado to figure out what’s up with your title. I’m having problems transferring mine from Texas to here mostly due to needing an appointment at the dmv. And getting an inspection is easy you just do it on a day that’s convenient and it takes literally 10 minutes then either renew online or just go the the local tax office and pay your 75 registration fee. Wayyyy better than paying 1,000 here for a new vehicle registration. And 25 may have been a breeze in foco but it’s shit in Denver… if there is a wreck or anything forget about going anywhere, whereas in Houston you have so many highways to choose from to avoid the bs. And you can set your clock to Houston rush hour here it’s a crap shoot every day
