Bee keeper put a box for them to enter and make a hive. He put lemon oils essential grass scent all inside it. He said that will draw them into it. Early start today at work and I'll check back around 4 30.

Got the day off today. Working Saturday not my choice my boss want to alternate Saturdays so he gives us a day off during the week.

 

Yea that doesn't bother me. Besides weekend traffic. Cause apparently we get all the out of towners that can't drive that's my only problem working weekends.

 

Good morning all! Finally getting caught back up on these threads after a nice long weekend of riding. 1225 miles from Thursday-Sunday. Thursday ride to Ohio was cold and wet. Heading west on Route 30 temp was showing 42 degrees and when we hit the Westmoreland County line there was snow on the ground! Thankfully things improved. Managed to get home Sunday before any rain hit us. Some of our friends were in rain all day Sunday. One of our folks from South Dakota had a run in with a turkey vulture taking out the headlight guard and front fender on his BMW GS1250.

Just got a set of these barely used off Extreme Terrain for a steal. I really love this place and that they offer the open box items for usually half or more off the regular MSRP.

 

Little moveme today. Maybe up the juniper a little and closer to the bee box. Bee keeper said give it 1 more day.

I'm sure I'll be in overtime by Saturday. I've been putting in 10hr days since going back to the pest control job. So I'm not stressing over it.

 

So bee keeper shows up and wants to move box closer to the swarm , so he suits up and begins to manhandle the box and guess who gets stung. Yep right in the shin !

 

That's good Matt no disrespect intended. My work has been changing work weeks to Tuesday though Saturday and Sunday through Thursday or Wednesday through Sunday to avoid overtime pay. Pretty shitty if you ask me, but such is the work environment anymore.

 

Doublecab with a solid background window, that's an oddity. I'm wondering why the rear bumper is pointing down? If it was Whitehall in south hills of Pittsburgh that's not far from me but I'm guessing it's Whitehall Pa down not too far from @MoneyMan55 .

 

Yea, they got my work schedule Wednesday to Saturday, 10 hour days. Since we run 24/7 now they have to provide coverage for the weekend. Kinda sucks, but I do get 3 days off.

 

Whitehall is a solid hour from both of us. Some say not too far, I just don't travel far anymore. The 50 minute drive to Shippensburg to get my '22 Tacoma was far enough

EDIT: That truck was also in a rear end collision, so that might explain why the bumper is messed up...

 

replacement solid window is half the price of a slider, I’m sure that’s what happened.
