    Welcome to TW!

Congratulations on your truck. My 007 is my first NEW vehicle as well. If you have questions we are more than happy to help. Keep your eyes open - as much as I drive in Texas, you may see me on the road. Just look for the TacomaWorld.com sticker in the rear window.

    Cheers!

This is my first pu and my first Toyota. I have been seraching through the threads and thought I would join. Love the site and it's in my favorites already. I got an 06 5spd manual 2.7L access 4x4. Black with grey cloth. Steel silver wheels and argent grill. Painted rr bumper. It has a a snap down cover and the bed liner has spilled paint in it. There are some obvious signs of use by a painter throughout the vehicle but all in all, it is in really good shape. 65K on the OD.

    Hello all,
Old School 'Chevy' guy here (could never get used to the bow-tie thing) and long time secret admirer of 'Yodies'---as the Rednecks in the Piney Woods called the first 4x4's when they crossed the Big Pond. Now proud to say, I am an actual owner of a White 08' Tacoma PreRunner SR5 with the I4---I commute 110 miles a day---and damn if I can ever remember liking a truck so much!

On my second Taco. My first was a 96 4x4 with the 3.4l xtra cab. Loved it but after 200,000+ miles, 10 years of serving me, the head gasket blowing the second time, and various other gremlins it was time to move on.

Now I'm in a 2009 access cab 4x2 5 lug. Love the truck, miss my torque
This is my every day driver but the mod bug stays in me(redid entire stero after my 2nd month of owning her)
the to do list is window tint(before summer hits),bed cover, wheels and tires, headers, and a borla muffler

i want to go ahead and give a future thanks for the help because the knowledge on this site has helped me or lead me to find the answers i was looking for

    How's everybody doing?

I've had my truck for about three years now. Figured I'd start building her up now. Came here for some advice and ideas. There are some good looking trucks out there and I can't wait to get my hands dirty.
