    Only 2 oil changes in the 5 service visits. I've been doing the oil changes myself every 5K miles.

    I also have the screw on oil funnel and tube w/attachment for the oil filter housing.

    I noticed water damage around the top of the garage frame yesterday when I power washed the vinyl siding.

    One of the techs noticed the sagging around the top of the garage door and said, "I bet there's water damage on the wood".

    He was right. I'll get another estimate to fix that.

    Future fixes:

    We need a new roof and vinyl siding...my wife won't like the cost but this 23+ years old house needs it!

    Wife and I are pup-sitting this weekend: both daughters are going to NY with their husbands on Saturday--Black Lab & King Charles Cavalier (Tricolor).

    We also have 2 cats. All 4-legged family members get along very well.

    Good morning Delaware!

    Our Black Lab woke me up at 6am for potty break...then she looked at me for breakfast--I laid back down for half an hour.

    Once I opened the back sliding door to let Azshara out, it was a morning London Fog over the yard and moisture soaked my socks on the deck.

    Kids are getting ready for their drive to NJ to take the ferry into NY...and of course their King Charles Cavalier pup senses something this morning.

    Somehow, wife and I will fit in a grocery trip before the kids leave...but chances are, we will be running late.

    Enjoy this beautiful day everyone.

    No fog this morning but still dew on the grass. I left the seat cushions on the patio chairs so they are slightly wet.

    Looks like today's temps are supposed to be higher than yesterday's.

    @Dream Weaver -- hopefully soon, you get some weekends off to go camping.

    I'm not much of a camper...most recent time was with first son-in-law, his father and my second son-in-law up in northern Delaware.

    It was a fun experience but not something I do often...lol

    Anyway, another work week to start. I'm not looking forward to hotter days but appreciate the cooler temps in the am. (currently 58F at 5:24)

    Nice. I have 500-600 Matchbox diecast I’ve collected through the years. Matchbox, in its original form no longer exists. Once Mattel bought them, also owns Hot Wheels. It’s all the same at this point.
    I’ll have to look for a black Tacoma diecast…
