Sometimes… I do miss the old stuff. But not regularly. Technology is nice when it works.

Is it realistic to think Toyota will make the Tacoma payload the same as or very close the new Tundras? Highly doubt it. The Tacoma has always been "less" truck in every way compared to the Tundra.

I sure hope Cement makes a come back but likely magnetic gray. If they made the background in that pic mag gray, you'd hardly be able to see the silhouette lol

Negative. I don’t know who that is.
But no matter how big of a Toyota Fan Boy you are you have to admit that the Ranger Raptor blows away anything Toyota offers or has planned.

I disagree. At $57k I think ranger raptor will sell well. Likely outsell the Tacoma Pro easily if Ford takes lessons from the f150 Raptor and applies it to the Ranger. As a whole the Tacoma will easily outsell all models though.

Bronco Raptors were going for $30k over sticker for people who don't want to wait, so...

No I agree with you. A $57-58k sticker on the Raptor would sell very well. Problem is, like we’ve seen with the Braptor, very few of them will ever leave the Ford dealers w/o getting marked up to 70-80k. Ford (and GM) seem to be conceding the overall sales crown to Toyota by limiting its cab/bed configurations.

Toyota has been putting turbos in off-road trucks for decades. I'm sure they know what they're doing. Or don't buy a turbo. Wait for the BEV Tacoma.

The problem is the flippers too. Check out the 2 big websites and it’s filled with Braptors, Z06, etc. dealers that sell for MSRP just end up with that vehicle listed online by the buyer to flip it for $20-80k over MSRP.

Yep evidenced by all the turbodiesel Land Cruiser and Hilux owners ripping through mud in South America and Australia. If the Toyota turbos fail it's from a quality issue (like with the Tundras ), not mud and water.
