I couldn't justify rebuilding a 134K motor over one quart of oil every 5K miles. My 07 Camry is still moving along with a family member burning a bit more than that. I ended up sending the listing to a friend and his girlfriend might buy it. I need to finish my non-running truck before buying something anyway.

Range Rovers are scary. Space ships that I'm not qualified or financially able to repair. They're definitely nice inside. But I was impressed with the ~5 year old Tahoe my housemate drives.

Been on here a few times and went through at least 5 pages of dogs. Thought I was on the dog owner thread one time. Felt guilty for treating my dog like just a dog. lol

They are nice. Smell good too. You ever driven one of those cayenne gts's? Kinda small but they rip and handle so well.

When I was looking nearly 5 years ago now, I was almost set on this townhouse until I learned the guy needed exactly what he was asking with all closing costs paid by me, otherwise he was under and couldn't afford to sell it.
    I lol'd

That may be the case here. When I went to look at it, the seller was there waiting on a mattress delivery. She mentioned sort of off the cuff that they’re trying to move to Colorado. Mmmhmmmm.

Yeah, pretty much. Trying to cash in on a weird market and make dreams happen. It’s a decent house, but it’s not $240k decent

even with the glorious 3 car garage :(

Coincidentally gf's friend who I also go way back with, and her husband moved to Colorado on a teacher's salary 2 years ago and is already struggling to make ends meet and wants to move back. Maybe slip her that one if you see the lady again :p

I want a gts because they can be had in a six speed but the word is out and prices are high. I think our next sub will be a Porsche, always been on the list. Hopefully when the time comes we can get a first gen turbo without too many miles.

Regarding the smell, I figured it was a hidden air freshener or spray but the fragrance is still there now 2 months later. A pleasant place to be no doubt. I'm enjoying it. Soon I'll be forced back to my AMG though, sadness. curious to see how 500hp feels after being away for a couple weeks :D
I mean yes and no. Entry prices are low, maintenance is high but then once it is sorted you have an incredibly luxurious car to drive around. Double paned glass, heated front and rear seats, heated windows, 4x4, can tow 7k and looks and feels the business.... For the same money you can get a used Camry and have almost none of those things! You just gotta accept that every so often something will break and it's $1500 each time that happens lol
