    Do they actually help?

    You can get the intake spacer from Anderson Engineering. A quick google search will get you there. People have reported some measurable gains from this mod.

    the throttle body spacer I’m not sure about.

    Neither require adjustments to the tune. ECU learning will account for them over time, just like a cold air intake or exhaust.

    There is a dyno and there is a daily driving. Average daily driver like myself stays between 1500-2000 RPMS. Attaching one of my typical 20 miles drive (hills, high speed). I'm sure the spacer theoretically increases the volume of the intake and should potentially increase VE of the engine. I've yet to see the numbers of VE increase with the spacer in around 2000 rpm range.
