Swapped RCI sliders for 2nd Gen running boards

 

But why?

I've heard nothing but the best stuff about RCI

 

Truck is my daily…seemed like overkill for 99.9% of my trucks use. Loved the sliders but would rather see someone use them for their intended purpose ….SENDING IT!!!

Kinda, sorta went off the obligatory deep end lately........and this is just the start:



UCAs are delayed a bit, so won't be installed till June. A shop here locally with a ton of Tacoma experience is doing the CMC at the same time.

4 285/75/17 KM3s wrapped on some Method MR312s will be dropped off to them, along with some 5.29s to be all installed at the same time.

Your gonna need more than CMC to make those tires fit on a 2" lift. Pinch weld will need to be hammered down and front wheel well will have to be trimmed also. I put 285/70/17 on my 2" lift and had to do all the above.

It's covered brother. The lift will net 2.5" - 3" of lift.
That isn't the exact kit I had to order, nor everything I will have to do before the end.
Like I said, this is only the beginning.

 

Best gift was not getting buzzed by wake board boats while I am in a 8 foot micro boat.

One of the (few) things I miss from my 2018; it’s not something you can do on a 2022.

But I do regularly mess with the screen on my wife’s 2019. Good times.
