eh, its doing way better than it was a year ago this time. I honestly didn't expect it to be as mobile as it is right now. And yes, I was getting 2-3 sessions of OT per week for about 3 months after surgery last year and now I'm able to work out with it...pullups, punching bag...it's been pretty good.

It's still bigger than the other ones, but it doesn't hinder me in any way

Guess I'm due for an update on the build...
-dropped in a new sound system a couple weeks ago, JL Audio all around with a Pioneer HU
-relocated my rear diff breather to right next to my gas cap yesterday
-got a couple new stickers courtesy of Mike at Fineline Graphix

I ordered a set of Icon's new 2.5 RR rear shocks recently...Lembowski has dibs on my 2.0s sorry guys

I'm trying to decide what kind of bump stops to go with...Timbren and Wheelers seem pretty popular but I'm still reading up on other options

I have no intention of going LT with this truck and I like how beefy the Total Chaos stock replacement LCAs are in addition to replacing the ball joint with a uniball so I may pick up a pair of those...crazy expensive though which is a bummer

Also looking at additional trail armor and front/rear bumper options.

    Damn this truck

Naw. Maybe after I pay it off and buy a new 4x4 Tacoma. Then go full on race LT.

I'm going to make the sickest mid travel you have ever seen : )
It's going to be problem free. No hassle. Not going to have stuff breaking like LT.

Going to get the stock TC lowers. Reinforce the stock mounts for them. TC shock hoop with 2.5 bypasses. Tower gussets. Rear SUA. Still undecided on what shocks. Most likely a simple bedcage with some 2.5 bypasses or smooth bodies. Then maybe fox bumps front and rear.

What made you decide to pick up the IVD 2.5 rears? Who did you order them thru? When I first got the Fox 2.0's I hit up DSM and asked about what valving to go with. Might hit him up and see what he thinks.

What leafs you using in the rear? Think I might have to ditch the AAL and get something a bit taller. With the Leer and time the back is starting to sag a bit.

They are rebuildable and you can adjust the valving unlike the 2.0s. I got them through Metaltech4x4. Marco was very helpful at DSM as well, he and James (Truck Shop) had great things to say about the 2.5s.

I have a 1.5in IVD AAL in the back with stock leafs, overload removed. Maybe a re-arch and a shackle flip kit or just new leaf packs altogether?

The rebuildable part is plus. I was looking at them on IVD's news page, like how they did the line for the RR.

Yea I got pretty much the same leaf setup. I've thought about putting a overload leaf in to get another 3/4" or so. ATO has that shackle kit but don't think its ready yet. If I was gonna do another leaf pack I'd probable go AP 3" or the Expo's if they aren't to stiff.

Grey wire MOD, deck plate, diff breather MOD, 2nd gen. OME 883# on Tundra 5100's, OMD custom 3" leafsprings, rear shock relocation, Ivan Stewart TRD rims w/285/75/16's, '02 bumper MOD, Famous Fabrications sliders , LED interior/exterior lights, bed bar, Custom tube bumper, Old school KC day lighters,Red Ring 8" HID flood, Kenwood vhf 2M.. umm some other shit I'm forgetting right now

You guys crack me up, why fork over all that $$$$ to AllPro,Deaver, Timbriens, etc; , when your stock springs are admittedly too soft & don't hold an arc for shit but are nonetheless rebuildable, forget the Toyota AAL
(kinda like replacing one POS spring for another) & slide 2 progressively shorter springs in place on each side of course resulting in a 2.5"-3" lift in rear, a slightly stiffer but better overall ride quality while still using stock U bolts. Cost is about $75.00 per side plus cost of extended brake line for a total of about $180.00-$200.00, how much are those aftermarket springs going for ?? ;);)

Nothing wrong with these junkyard springs boys....

As a matter of fact I'm building custom leafs for Matt (RecklessTaco) & Greg (Gregero) & when done I'll put them up against any of the afore mentioned manufacturers for quality, lift & I know I got them beat on price
