    Hey man, will these work with optima red tops? Mine is smaller than the stock battery, and the PO rigged it into the factory bracket which looks terrible. Hoping you sell one that’ll work for the optima without the spacer to make it sit up higher like it should….

    On a second or third gen it will work with an Optima, but it is not going to raise the battery.

    You are just going to cut the J hooks down a little.

    The bottom side of this hold down is width adjustable. It will adjust from 6" to 7" battery width.

    I cut them down with a hack saw. I have a bench grinder. I will use a wire brush on the grinder the deburr the thread after the cut.

    You could also thread a hex nut onto the j-hook to the position the cut. After you cut the j-hook, unscrew the nut and let it take the burr off the end of the j-hook.

    In an adjustable wide, I have in stock:

    textured black with gloss red TRD
    textured black with gloss black TRD
    gloss black with gloss red TRD
    gloss white with gloss red TRD
    gloss red with gloss black TRD
    brushed aluminum with gloss red TRD
    quicksand with gloss black TRD
    cement with gloss black TRD
    army green with gloss black TRD
