I want to replace the locking tab on mine so i wont need to wedge paper in there to keep it shut. I dont have a garage door. But i do have a gate remote for my apartment complex I may want to keep in there.

Can someone please provide the a part number for just the lock tab if there is one? I have the beige color. Thanks.

I’m not sure if this helps you but here is the parts blow out.
Toyota defines it as “Roof Console”

    BOX ASSEMBLY, ROOF CONSOLE. FAWN.
    Stock Code 63650AD010E0
    Category: Body and Trim; Body
Assemblies: Roof headlining & silencer pad

why dont you just unscrew it,
oval out the screw holes and screw it back in place to where it clicks and stays shut

If I cant find just that button/lock insert part number, then ill look into gluing a rare earth magnet in to keep it shut. Thanks.
