I should have been more clear. What I meant was lookup the laws where you are driving through.
Declare if you have to declare.

But if you are not legally obligated to declare and are doing your best to stay legal, then there is no reason to invite the police to finger fuck your property to see if you broke some arbitrary law.

Sorry if this trended into politics. I tried to ask only official-type questions (based on experience) and avoid personal opinions.

I love my 43x. I hate my 27. Neither is 4 sale.

 

I dun goofed. After 300 rounds The micro 9 ain’t going on the carry rotation. looks good though.

Little finicky things. Mags get caught up halfway into the magwell requiring a light tap to get fully inserted--which sometimes results in the mag fully seating and the slide coming forward on its own. Other times I'd have to tap to insert the mag and then hit the slide release and the mag would still not be fully seated and would catch a round on the feed ramp and get stuck. Saw that with both ball and Sig elite 115g hollowpoint. So then I'm tapping the butt of the mag to get it in flush and then tapping again to get it seated.

Slide occasionally failed to lock open after last round, couldn't diagnose that one.
Worst of all, the thumb safety can be actuated by the knuckle of my thumb on recoil--4 times I had the gun go back into safe from an incidental actuation of the safety resulting in a surprise failure to fire.

I think it's too small for it's own good, I don't want to be hyper concerned about hand positioning outside of standard good shooting stance with a carry gun. Otherwise it was a nice shooter. Not too snappy, 300 rounds went by just fine, no failures outside of the above.

Ive been eyeballing a similar setup from eotech. You mind if I ask why you’re selling? What was your impression with the setup?

I used an eotech on my rifle in the Army and I loved it. I’ve never used the magnifier though.

 

I’m referring to the states he provided he was traveling to. As a former LEO I am aware other states have other requirements.
